Test Specification

+  EduSynch for School is a 4-skills English test aligned with the CEFR, using a 14-level CEFR scale, ranging from A0 (blank response) to C1 (near-native fluency).

+  The test is fully adaptive.

+  Suitable for candidates aged 15 years and above.

+  EduSynch for School can be used for proficiency testing purposes.

+  EduSynch for School can be used for university admission purposes.

+  The test duration is approx. 60 minutes, consisting of the following components:

    -  Use of English (approx. 10-20 minutes, 30 questions)

      • 15 grammar questions (sentence structure, verb tense, syntax)

      • 15 vocabulary questions (contextual usage, collocations, synonyms)

   -  Listening (approx. 15-25 minutes, 15 questions)

      • 3 audio clips with 5 questions each

   -  Speaking (approx. 5 minutes, 3 questions)

     • 3 tasks: Picture Description, Personal Response, and Opinion

     • Assessed on Accent, Grammar, Vocabulary, and Fluency

   -  Writing (approx. 10 minutes, 1 essay)

     • 1 task (75+ words), evaluated on Task Achievement, Coherence, Grammar, and Vocabulary

+  The test uses AI-based CEFR evaluation.

+  Exam results are usually available within 2-3 days.
